Exhibition at Sandra Higgins Art Gallery Bath
Over the past year, I’ve paid several visits to the White Stork Project at Knepp Wilding Estate in Sussex, I’ve been delighted to have people join me to draw and grateful to Laura for all her insights into the Stork colony which has newly established at Knepp. Donations from the Art safaris support the White Stork Project. live Cam feed.

White Stork Lithographs, one per season...
I decided to learn a new printmaking skill as a way of translating my inky Storky drawings into prints. I’ve absolutely oved drawing on the silky cream limestone, and learning how to pull a print on the ancient presses under watchful eye of master printer Simon Burder; also developing new muscles I didn’t know I had, plus an eye for flat tusche washes.
Lithography is a traditional printing technique based on the concept that oil and water do not mix. Do send me any questions and I’ll try and answer! I have a few prints from each edition for sale at Sandra Higgins Gallery.
