Big News from 2026, the Summer of Love: printing my way from the South of France to Sussex to provide a perfect backdrop for my daughter Emerald & Ross' wedding breakfast, and celebrate our treasured Ashdown Forest.

I've really enjoyed collaborating with local artists as part of the BIG 100,  a celebration of the Ashdown Forest and the flora and fauna found there. We created images to screen print drawn with oak gall ink and quill feathers incorporating plants such as the Sun dew, ferns and owls.Together we printed over 250 T-shirts, tote bags and innumerable unique prints. Huge thanks to from Tallin at Little River Press, Merle from Merlemadetales, Annabel Kapp,  Annabelle Garrett and Emma Lindsay for joining the Green Print Studio team.

At Mill St Etching Studio in Suffolk, I spent a very hot week editioning for an RA artist, the Photogravure we produced currently hangs in the RA Summer Exhibition.

We will be launching the new studio refirb. this Autumn and offer monthly taster sessions. Please contact me if you are interested.

​Natural inks have been a theme of the summer, using red and yellow ochre earth pigments to make etching ink for my Carborundum workshop at West Hove Studios, and printing ink for screen printing at the Big 100; I mixed earth tone etching ink at Putney School of art for my anual Sustainable etching summer school.

These raw pigments have a wonderful quality to them and seem to glow when they are printed with and give a deeper connection to the natural world in my  art. Watch this space for new work!
